On December 19, 2019, 16-year-old Jesse Ramirez IV tragically died in Austin, Texas. Jesse, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot by a 14-year-old friend while they were playing video games at a home in Southeast Austin. The incident occurred in the 2600 block of Collins Creek. The 14-year-old had taken out a handgun and was pointing it at the other juveniles, claiming it was a joke.
