Douglas James Deante Ramey, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically died on August 16, 2011. He was found inside a 1995 Honda Accord in the parking lot behind businesses between 35 and 43 Crossland Avenue. The Clarksville Police Department determined his death to be a homicide, with the time of death believed to have occurred late on August 15th or early on August 16th.
