In the late summer of 2011, the community of Clarksville, Tennessee, was shaken by the discovery of a young man's body. Douglas James Deante Ramey, a 27-year-old male, was found deceased inside a 1995 Honda Accord on August 16, 2011. The vehicle was located in a parking lot behind businesses situated between 35 and 43 Crossland Avenue.
