Juland Lafortune, a 16-year-old male student at Clarksville High School, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2021, due to injuries sustained in a shooting at Avondale Apartments in Clarksville, TN. Juland, who was of African American ethnicity, was known for his warm and charming personality, as well as his athletic prowess on the football field. He was a running back and cornerback for the school's football team and had made the all-district team.
