In the late hours of a Friday night in Clarksville, Tennessee, the life of 16-year-old Juland Lafortune was tragically cut short. On February 19, 2021, gunshots echoed on Avondale Drive, and when police arrived, they found the young man with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to the hospital, but sadly, he succumbed to his injuries. A male, Lafortune was a junior at Clarksville High School, known for his athletic abilities as a running back and cornerback on the football team.
