On a Tuesday afternoon in Clarksville, Tennessee, the life of 19-year-old Emmanuel Allen Jr. was tragically cut short. On November 15, 2022, a shooting occurred at the intersection of Pine Mountain Road and Woodbridge Drive. Allen, a Black male from Nashville, sustained a gunshot wound and was driven to Tennova Healthcare. From there, he was life-flighted to a hospital in Nashville, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
