In the early evening of December 29, 2025, the life of 39-year-old Robert Agee, a father of three, was tragically cut short in a shooting in Clarksville, Tennessee. CITE 2, 5 Clarksville Police responded to a call at approximately 5:27 p.m. in the 900 block of Greenwood Avenue, where they discovered Agee suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical aid was rendered at the scene before Agee was airlifted to a Nashville hospital for advanced treatment.
Despite the efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed to his injuries. The Clarksville Police Department's Special Operations Homicide Unit immediately launched an investigation into his death.
Detectives and crime scene investigators worked through the night, gathering evidence at the scene of the shooting.
