In the early evening of June 5, 2019, a dispute in the parking lot of a Longhorn Steakhouse on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in Clarksville, Tennessee, ended in gunfire, leaving two men dead. One of the victims was James 'Jimbo' Ramsey, a 37-year-old male. The other man killed was 53-year-old John Allgood. Both men succumbed to their injuries following the altercation.
