On June 27, 2021, Dashawn Kelly, a 31-year-old man from Clarksville, Tennessee, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on College Street. The incident occurred around 3 a.m., and it was reported that multiple people were shooting weapons at the time. Alongside Dashawn, two other individuals were injured but fortunately survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
