In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 27, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace on College Street in Clarksville, Tennessee, leaving a community shaken and a family grieving. When the chaos subsided, 31-year-old Dashawn Kelly, a male resident of Clarksville, was found to have been fatally wounded.
