James Brown, also known as JL, was a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity who tragically died on January 4, 2016, in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was found deceased in his residence from an apparent gunshot wound. The Clarksville Police Department responded to a call at 831 Isaac Drive shortly before 8 p.m. that evening. Upon arrival, they discovered Brown's body and determined that he had died at the scene.
