Jalen Johnson-Milan, a 24-year-old Black man from Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2017. He was fatally shot by bounty hunters who mistakenly identified him as a fugitive they were pursuing. Johnson-Milan was in a vehicle at a Walmart parking lot when the bounty hunters opened fire, believing someone in the car had a gun.
