Marcellus Lamar Flynn, a 39-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2017, in Clarksville, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:37 a.m., when Clarksville police responded to a shooting on Ernest Shelton Drive.
