In the spring of 2019, an evening dispute in Knoxville, Tennessee, escalated to a fatal encounter, claiming the life of 40-year-old Victor Johnson. On Sunday, March 31st, Johnson was involved in a verbal altercation with another man on Linden Avenue. The argument tragically concluded with gunfire, and Johnson was struck at least once.
