Victor Johnson, a 40-year-old African American man from Knoxville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2019. He was fatally shot during a confrontation with another man outside a home on the 1900 block of Linden Avenue in East Knoxville. Witnesses reported that an argument between the two men led to shots being fired, and Victor was struck at least once. He was taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
