Phillip Delantia Wilkerson Jr., a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 24, 1998, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The incident occurred near Club Royal, located at 2111 McCalla Avenue. On that fateful night, Phillip was accompanied by Emanuel Oliver Wykle, a 25-year-old African American male, who was also shot and killed in the same incident.
