Brandon Davone Rushing, a 25-year-old African American male from Clarksville, TN, tragically passed away on February 16, 2012. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred on January 23, 2012, when he was shot in the head by Verchaunt Joshua Williams, also known as "Blue," in a Clarksville apartment.
