In the autumn of 2020, a violent altercation in Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically cut short the life of 33-year-old Robert Luciano, a Hispanic/Latino male. The fatal encounter unfolded on the afternoon of October 3, 2020, at a residence on Woody Hills Drive. An argument that began inside the home between Luciano and another individual escalated and spilled outside, culminating in gunfire.
Witnesses in the vicinity reported hearing multiple gunshots, and by the time law enforcement arrived, Luciano had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Clarksville Police Department quickly identified 26-year-old Ernesto Nunez as the individual involved in the shooting. He was taken into custody shortly after the incident for questioning by detectives.
