Vincent Pardue, a 27-year-old African American male from Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2015. Vincent was shot and killed while enjoying a cookout with friends on Carpenter Street. Four of his friends were also injured during the shooting. Despite the passage of years, no arrests have been made in connection with his death.
