Makhi Charon Richardson, 24, a Black male, died after a burst of gunfire that began as a planned meeting between two groups in Clarksville, Tennessee. On the evening of August 12, 2025, officers were called just after 7:25 p.m. to Mizu Japanese Cuisine on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, where they found a man with a gunshot wound and rushed him to the hospital.
