In the late summer evening of August 11, 2025, what began as a planned meeting between two groups in Clarksville, Tennessee, ended in a fatal shootout. The exchange of gunfire, which erupted in the parking lot behind Mizu Japanese Cuisine on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, claimed the lives of two young men, including 24-year-old Makhi Charon Richardson. Another man, 18-year-old Noah William Peterson, was also killed in the incident.
