In the winter of 2015, a burst of violence in Clarksville, Tennessee, ended the life of Montrel Quintres Patterson, a 22-year-old male. On the evening of January 20th, at an apartment complex on Lansinger Lane, gunfire erupted, leaving a scene of chaos and bloodshed.
