Valerie Ann Ricks, a 55-year-old woman from Fayetteville, Arkansas, tragically died on July 27, 2011, in Houston, Texas. She was found shot in the head near a feeder road just south of downtown Houston. Valerie was nude from the waist down when discovered by a couple who were driving to buy doughnuts early in the morning. The scene was bloody, and the circumstances suggested that Valerie might have been shot elsewhere and her body dumped at the location.
