Iris Valentina Teruel-Pineda, a 22-year-old woman, was fatally shot on September 7, 2016, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred early in the morning as she was preparing to leave her residence for work. According to the reports, Iris was backing her vehicle out of her driveway at 12103 Creekhurst Drive, in southwest Houston, when an unknown male suspect approached her car from the rear.
