At around 6:00am on the morning of December 13, 2017, Brandi was sitting in her car in Houston’s Sunnyvale neighborhood when neighbors reported hearing a series of gunshots. Neighbors reported that they heard six shots, which hit Brandi’s car as well as a neighbor’s garage.
