On an August night in 2014, the life of Fran Daniel 'Frankie' Caratini, a 24-year-old male of Puerto Rican ethnicity, was brought to a violent end in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was found on Chapel Street in the New Providence area, having been shot multiple times. The events that led to his death began at a party, stemming from a dispute over a defective gun Caratini had sold.
