In the early morning hours of Friday, May 22, 2015, a party on College Street in Clarksville, Tennessee, turned tragic, ending the life of 20-year-old Charles Whitfield. Whitfield, a Black male and a 2014 graduate of Rossview High School, was fatally shot around 1:00 a.m.
