On May 19, 2019, Darion Ogburn, a 21-year-old male from Clarksville, Tennessee, was tragically killed in the parking lot of an IHOP on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. Darion was pronounced dead at the scene, and the incident sparked an immediate investigation by the Clarksville Police Department.
