On the evening of October 21, 2023, a violent altercation erupted at Los Agaves Jalisco's Grill & Cantina in Borger, Texas, resulting in the death of 25-year-old Jose Alvarez from Houston. The incident began around 9:30 p.m. when a disturbance escalated into a physical confrontation in the restaurant's parking lot.
