Jack L. Thompson, a 43-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Borger, Texas, died on June 11, 1979. He was a Hutchinson County Corrections Officer who was killed in the line of duty during a jailbreak in Stinnett, Texas. Thompson's death was a result of injuries sustained during the incident, and he was laid to rest at Westlawn Memorial Park in Borger.
