Ray Charles Nelson, a 53-year-old male, was shot and killed near 140 Chapel Street in Clarksville, Tennessee, on November 10, 2017. Nelson was found by police around 5:30 p.m. that day, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to Tennova Healthcare’s emergency room, where he later died from his injuries.
