In the late afternoon of November 20, 2017, the life of 28-year-old Rayquan Hudson-Lyle, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was on the front porch of his residence located in the 200 block of Mitchell Street when he was fatally shot.
