Rayquan Hudson-Lyle, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2017. He was fatally shot on the front porch of his home in the 200 block of Mitchell Street. Initially taken to Tennova Hospital, Hudson-Lyle was later pronounced dead. The Clarksville Police Department responded to the scene shortly after 4 p.m. that day.
