In the late summer of 2025, the life of 18-year-old Noah William Peterson was tragically cut short in Clarksville, Tennessee. On the evening of August 12th, what began as a planned meeting between two groups in the parking lot behind Mizu Japanese Cuisine on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard escalated into a violent shootout. During the exchange of gunfire, both Peterson and another young man, 24-year-old Makhi Charon Richardson, were fatally wounded.
