Serdarin Brown, a 22-year-old man from Clarksville, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on October 27, 2019. The incident occurred around 10:10 p.m. near Austin Peay University's campus. Brown was involved in a drug transaction when he was approached by two individuals, one of whom was armed with a handgun. During the confrontation, Brown was shot and later pronounced dead at Tennova Medical Center.
