In the late morning of February 17, 2022, the life of 20-year-old Decarlos Perkins, a male resident of Clarksville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Just before noon, Clarksville Police received a distressing call about a person who had been shot and was lying on the ground in the area of Manning Drive and Wynwood Drive. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Perkins suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
