On December 23, 2016, 25-year-old Joseph Gordon was found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Royster Lane in Clarksville, Tennessee. The young man, who was of African American ethnicity, had been shot in the head. The incident occurred around 1:06 a.m., and first responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
