Death by Force

On August 12, 2016, Ruben Arroyo, a 52-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At approximately 2:04 p.m., police responded to a report of a person down on the 2300 block of North 2nd Street. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered Ruben Arroyo lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed by medical personnel to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that afternoon.
