Khoeum Roeun, a 24-year-old male of Cambodian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 11, 2014, in Philadelphia, PA. Roeun was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the neck while inside a vehicle double-parked on the 1300 block of W. Ruscomb Street. He was rushed to Einstein Medical Center but was later pronounced dead. His 23-year-old brother, who was also in the vehicle, suffered a gunshot wound to the foot but was in stable condition.
