Sean O. Perrin, a 43-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, was fatally shot on April 16, 2018, in the Spring Garden section of Philadelphia, PA. Perrin was returning home from the grocery store when he was attacked by an unknown gunman in the 400 block of North 4th Street. He was found lying in a parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. Despite being rushed to Hahnemann University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
