Tahj Brown, a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on February 6, 2014, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, and was the son of Michelle Brown Graves and Bernard Foster. Brown's death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred at the Bavaria Apartments on Packard Drive in Antioch, Nashville.
