In the winter of 2017, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence that continues to haunt his family. Eric McClendon, a 24-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on December 7, 2017, in Nashville, Tennessee. The incident unfolded in the parking lot of the ET Market on Gallatin Pike, a place that would become the final scene of McClendon's life. He was a father to a young daughter, Paris, who was left to grow up without him.
