Clarence Clarlington Barnes Evans, a 20-year-old male from Ripley, TN, tragically died on December 16, 2015. His death occurred during an armed robbery at a home that also served as a barber shop. Two masked men stormed the premises on Watkins Street, firing shots indiscriminately. Clarence, who was inside the house at the time, was fatally shot. Two other individuals were wounded in the incident and were subsequently taken to a hospital in Memphis for treatment.
