Donnell Barbee Jr., an 18-year-old male from Ripley, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2022. He was an innocent bystander who was gunned down in his childhood clubhouse behind his home on Spivey Street. The incident occurred when 19-year-old Kylan Beard kicked in the door to the shed and fired multiple shots. Barbee was killed, and two children, a female friend and her male cousin, were injured in the shooting.
