In the winter of 2016, the community of Bolivar, Tennessee, was shaken by the violent death of one of its own. On the night of Friday, January 8th, 30-year-old Timothy Smith, a White/Caucasian male, was fatally shot at a residence in the 700 block of Lafayette Street.
