Death by Force

Clarence Doris Minter Jr., a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Bolivar, TN, tragically passed away on December 10, 2014. He was shot in the face by a bullet that came through the window while he was sitting in his bedroom making music on his computer. The incident occurred at approximately 3:15 a.m. at 714 Fisher Street in Bolivar. Minter was transported to Regional Medical Center in Memphis, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
