In the early morning hours of December 10, 2014, Clarence Doris Minter Jr., a 25-year-old male, was at his home on Fisher Street in Bolivar, Tennessee, engrossed in creating music on his computer. Suddenly, at approximately 3:15 a.m., a bullet pierced through the bedroom window, striking him in the face. The single gunshot resulted in a severe wound to the right side of his jaw.
