Marcel Harrison, a 30-year-old resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., was found unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the evening of November 18, 2017. The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Stanton Road SE. Despite efforts to save him, Harrison succumbed to his injuries shortly after being discovered.
