In the summer of 2014, the city of Washington, D.C. was shaken by the brutal and ultimately fatal attack on a beloved 76-year-old male shopkeeper. James Oh, a Korean man known for his kindness and generosity, was the owner of the Gold Corner Market in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood.
