Laterrence Mykel Smith, a 33-year-old man from Bolivar, Tennessee, tragically died on December 26, 2021, from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred around 7 a.m. when Bolivar police responded to a report of shots fired at the local branch of CB&S bank. Upon arrival, officers found Smith dead from a gunshot wound.
