Hugo Omar Alfaro, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 29, 2016, outside his home at the Stone Ridge Apartments in Antioch, Tennessee. The incident occurred sometime before 8:19 p.m. in the parking lot of his residence on Piccadilly Row. Metro police officers responded to the shooting call and found Alfaro lying wounded in the parking lot. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
