In the late hours of a Friday night in Antioch, Tennessee, a young man's life was cut short over a parking dispute. Cesar Reza, a 24-year-old male, was with two friends at the Arabian Palace Hookah Lounge on Bell Road on May 11, 2018, when an argument erupted in the parking lot. The group had a disagreement with another driver who was attempting to back out of a parking space.
