Visanh Vilayvanh, a 48-year-old man of Asian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2018, in Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred at a mobile home park on the 2700 block of Dickerson Pike. According to witnesses, Vilayvanh and his neighbor, Viengkham Chandy, 53, got into a verbal argument outside their respective mobile homes.
