Olivia Cunningham, a 24-year-old White woman, was killed on April 16, 2019, in the middle of a busy shopping afternoon at Tanger Five Oaks Mall in Sevierville, Tennessee. Calls began pouring into 911 around 3:50 p.m., with panicked witnesses reporting a man shooting outside the Coach store.
