On what was meant to be a family vacation in the Smoky Mountains, 48-year-old Genevieve Crosby's life came to a tragic end. The female marketing director from Tarpon Springs, Florida, was visiting Sevierville, Tennessee, with her husband, parents, and daughter. They were staying in a rental cabin nestled between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was within the seemingly peaceful walls of this vacation home on August 11, 2014, that the fatal events unfolded.
