On a summer afternoon in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of 28-year-old Tracy Calloway was violently cut short in a hail of gunfire. On July 21, 2019, Calloway was the target of a drive-by shooting on Trailwood Drive, an attack so intense that his vehicle was riddled with bullet holes, ultimately crashing in the front yard of a nearby home.
