In the early morning hours of December 17, 2019, in Jackson, Tennessee, the life of 26-year-old Shartavis Mondrell Rollins was tragically cut short. His death was part of a string of violence that unfolded across the city, leaving another resident, 47-year-old Charlene Allbright, also fatally wounded in a separate shooting incident.
